These terms govern purchases from Area 15 Supply Co., a trading name of A15 LLC, 307 W Pearl St #310, Granbury, TX 76038.
1. Orders and acceptance
An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. Our acceptance takes place when we dispatch the goods, not when the order confirmation email is sent. If an item is unavailable, mispriced or we are unable to supply it, we may decline the order and refund you in full; we will tell you why.
2. Prices
Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required. Prices may change without notice, but a change never affects an order already placed.
3. Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of order by credit or debit card. All charges are one-time; we do not operate subscriptions or recurring billing. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery.
4. Delivery
Delivery windows stated on this site are estimates in business days and are not guaranteed dates. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather or events outside our reasonable control, but we will always trace, replace or refund a consignment that does not arrive.

6. Product information
We describe grades, dimensions and duty ratings as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative; minor variation in finish or fixings between production batches is normal and is not a fault.
7. Use of goods
Safety equipment must be selected, fitted and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and any applicable workplace regulation. We supply equipment; we do not advise on regulatory compliance for your site.
8. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
