Cut-off and weekends
Orders placed before 1:00pm Central on a business day normally enter the same day’s pick. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend or public holiday, begin processing on the next business day.
Oversized items
A small number of items — pallet racking, tall shelving units, larger carts — ship by freight rather than parcel and can take longer than the standard window. Where that applies it is stated on the product page before you buy, and the flat shipping rate still applies.
Delivery problems
If tracking shows delivered and the parcel is not with you, check with neighbours and around the property first, then email support@area15supply.store. We will open a carrier trace. If the parcel is not located we replace or refund it — we do not ask you to wait out an open claim.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the packaging and the item and email us within 7 days of delivery. We dispatch a replacement immediately and arrange collection of the damaged item at our cost.
