What we collect, why, and what we do not do with it. A15 LLC, trading as Area 15 Supply Co., is the data controller.
What we collect

What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade customer data. We do not share your details with advertisers or data brokers. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it, and every such email carries a one-click unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to complete your order: our payment provider (to take the payment), our shipping carriers (to deliver it), and where legally required, tax and law-enforcement authorities. Each receives the minimum necessary.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are retained for seven years to satisfy US tax and accounting requirements. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Analytics data is retained in aggregate only.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email support@area15supply.store and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets only the cookies needed to keep your cart and session working, plus aggregate analytics. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Security
The site is served over TLS throughout. Card entry happens inside our payment provider’s own encrypted frame; card data does not pass through our servers.
